We design and build traditional Finnish outdoor sauna, combining expert craftmanship with sustainable, durable and long lasting materials.
We are huge fans of using traditional sauna methods and practices, so use Japanese cedar throughout, well renowned for it’s unrivalled stability, natural antimicrobial properties, tonal aesthetic and authentic aroma. This alongside an electric or wood-burning heater, all adds to the optimal Loyly experience.
We offer an end-to-end service, and take great pride in every aspect of the journey from concept through to the finished product. We custom design each and every sauna to your exacting requirements so you can enjoy as much or as little input as you’d like.

In the depths of the Auckland rains last year we made the call to invest in a sauna. As space was limited in our home we knew we would need to get one built outside and complement our garden. Rick came up with a beautiful design, and worked with us to make sure it was suitable for our requirements. I'm a time poor individual who could do with a little hot yoga at home, the sauna he built perfectly accommodates this. It's been a wonderful addition to our lives and the best investment we've made in terms of improving our health. I love the option to be able to decompress after a stressful day in the hotbox.
