Our Process

How do I get the ball rolling?

Just get in touch via email - we can work with as little, or as much information as you can provide. We will ask questions such as; location, site access, dimensions, materials preference and budget but can just as easily arrange a site visit where all of the above can be discussed in person.

Do you build infrared saunas?

We currently specialise in building traditional Finnish sauna, using either electric or wood fired heaters.

Do you deliver?

We absolutely can - shipping costs obviously vary depending on your location within New Zealand, and how tricky the site access is but nothing is impossible. We are Auckland based, so also happy to travel for build on-site projects where feasible.

What heaters do you use?

We typically use traditional Finnish Sawo electric heaters, made from robust stainless steel. We have also used locally produced Roaring Meg, HUUM and Finnish IKI wood-burning heaters, but always happy to consider alternatives.

Can I make modifications?

Absolutely. All of our saunas are custom made to suit your location, specifications, preferences and budget. We work alongside you to ensure we create and provide the sauna you need.

What’s the power source?

You have two options; either a three-phase plug which plugs directly into your home or we would recommend hardwiring the sauna to the main house, which requires minimal earthworks but a far better aesthetic.
